My intention is to help promote a healing partnership with our animal companions using the universal life energy known as Reiki. By working together and connecting with our animal friends, it allows them to express themselves when ordinarily they might not get the chance. Healing is enhanced by this connection, as it forms a trusting bond between humans and animals and helps bring into the forefront that we are all One in our healing journey...

General Information about Reiki:
The name Reiki, pronounced ''Ray-key'', comes from the Japanese words ''Rei'' meaning spirit, and ''Ki'' meaning energy. It is translated as ''Universal life Energy.'' Reiki is a noninvasive, energy healing system that flows to the body, mind and spirit. Reiki is a channeled healing energy that flows from the practitioner’s hands by intent, and can be performed directly with the animal near, or from a distance. Because Reiki can flow from a distance, it is ideal for some animals that do not want direct contact, but still want to benefit from the healing energy. The animals control the treatment and often guide the practitioner to where the healing is needed most.
